Below are our Top-300 rankings for 2-QB leagues. These are leagues where you must start two quarterbacks, which changes strategy plenty. While the depth and clustering of QB outcomes is the same as single-QB leagues, the raw number of starters available (32) creates exponential value in the position.
Note that these rankings also serve as our Superflex (QBs eligible in flex spot) rankings. Our data-driven research has shown that we want to treat that flex spot as another QB spot when possible. Also, note these are half-PPR rankings.
