Denver @ Kansas City

Team Totals: Broncos 20.5, Chiefs 23

Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo has struggled to contain Bo Nix for 19.5 (QB11) > 12.6 (QB20) > and 16.1 fantasy points (QB12) in three competitive games; Kansas City played its backups when Nix torched them in the 2024 finale. Zooming out, Nix is ultimately returning from a fractured ankle (and two ensuing surgeries) endured during Denver’s playoff win over Buffalo, making his 3.8 weekly rushing points (10th) obsolete. Better streamers are available in 1-QB formats. … Spagnuolo’s unit already limited explosive runs (seventh) against them, then added DT Peter Woods on Night 1; odds are none of J.K. Dobbins (Pat Thorman’s RB32), RJ Harvey (RB41), or Jonah Coleman (RB58) have success. Harvey arguably has the highest ceiling of the bunch for out-targeting Dobbins 29-14 until the latter suffered a season-ending Lisfranc injury in Week 10. Coleman remains a long-term stash, finishing second only to Jeremiyah Love in Yards Per Route Run in this class.
