The Cavs could get both Darius Garland and Collin Sexton back today. They are “getting healthy” and were able to go through some contact on Tuesday and practiced on Monday, so you’d have to think they have a good shot to play. If so, they would likely start next to Isaac Okoro, Larry Nance and Andre Drummond. For what it’s worth, the Cavs tweeted out what may have been starters jerseys for Garland, Nance and Cedi Osman, so maybe that means Garland has a better shot that Sexton.
