The offense still sputtered versus Pittsburgh, scoring seven points before the fourth quarter and pathetically running 41 plays from scrimmage. … Joe Mixon has cleared 100 total yards in just two of 11 games, and his touchdown probability is severely reduced with Joe Burrow (wrist) gone for the year. Especially against Jacksonville’s stout defensive front — the Jags are holding enemy backs below 3.6 yards per carry and to the NFL’s second-fewest fantasy points — Mixon is a shaky flex option. The environment around him has pushed Mixon below RB2 range.
Tee Higgins’ (hamstring) return throws a wrench into the usefulness of Browning’s previous target distribution. The good news is Jacksonville has coughed up the league’s sixth-most fantasy WR points.
