Happy Friday! I had some personal stuff yesterday, so I wasn’t able to do too much on this massive slate (everything’s fine). I’ll be on both shows to add plenty more, though! Let’s get it.

L.A. Clippers at Indiana Pacers
Team Totals: Clippers 123.4, Pacers 114.8
Injury Report: Jordan Miller (Q, back), Aaron Nesmith (P, back), Obi Toppin (Q, foot)
Clippers projected starters: Darius Garland, Derrick Jones Jr., Kawhi Leonard, John Collins, Brook Lopez
Pacers projected starters: Andrew Nembhard, Aaron Nesmith, Jarace Walker, Pascal Siakam, Jay Huff
Lue quotes: Said they want Brook to roll to the basket more and the stats say it’s been effective for them, said Isaiah Jackson has been a great rim finisher, said Mathurin was a little hesitant and got more confidence later in the game, said Garland can score at all three levels for them with deep 3-point shooting, said he likes Darius being flamboyant “at times” and it’s fun that he enjoys the game.
Carlisle quotes: Said guys were not moving the ball and that’s not the kind of team they are, said they usually move the ball well and it’s nothing to be proud of because of how bad their defense is, said he’s “watching [McConnell’s] minutes pretty carefully,” said they are going to work on defense at practice, said “the defense is always wrong” against Luka.
Stats and Notes:
*The Pacers’ defense remains last since the break, and they are last in halfcourt defense, too. They have really been getting beaten on the boards lately. The Clippers have been on fire on the offensive side of the ball with three excellent games in a row, and the big change has been their stronger transition play. The Pacers are actually OK there, but they just won’t be able to slow down Kawhi Leonard and Darius Garland. Indiana’s offense has actually been OK lately with six solid performances in a row. They don’t hit the O boards at all to help them get back on defense, and they’re not generating much transition, either. The Clippers have been better on the defensive end and don’t really have a huge weak spot, even with Brook Lopez usually yielding more stuff to guards.
Great matchups: Brook Lopez, Kawhi Leonard
Good matchups: John Collins, Andrew Nembhard, Pascal Siakam
Bad matchups: Nobody
