We’re back with some of my favorite players to draft. For the Undervalued section, I noted players that I want to take a handful of picks after ADP. After that, the Sleepers are guys who you can generally get in the second half of drafts. Let’s get to it!
Undervalued
Karl-Anthony Towns – The Knicks played through KAT in the playoffs, and it resulted in a 119.9 O rating. Plus, no Mitchell Robinson this year should really boost his rebounding rate, and he went for 23/13/4 in his last 25 games without Mitch. KAT has generally been healthy besides some freak injuries, including a car crash in a Hyundai Santa Fe. KAT’s minutes may also get pushed up because of their poor depth behind him. He’s such an easy pick at the first turn of the draft.
Alperen Sengun – He put together a strong 2025-26 season with career highs in blocks, assists, and steals. Coach Ime Udoka finally trusts Sengun and won’t take him out late in games, and I wouldn’t expect Fred VanVleet to cut down Sengun’s assist rate too much, either. He’s also hit 72+ games in three of the last four seasons (63 in 2023-24, season-ending ankle and knee issue). He likely won’t put up a season that’ll stand out, but he’s still a great way to cover center in the mid-second round.
