Yet to deliver a single top-12 weekly score, Tannehill’s outlook is further diminished by Treylon Burks’ week-to-week knee injury and DeAndre Hopkins’ age-31 descent. … Derrick Henry is by far Tennessee’s most confident Week 5 fantasy starter; Henry’s Weeks 1-4 touch counts were 17, 28, 11, and 23, while this game’s neutral-script projection positions the Titans to ride Henry and keep comeback-mode specialist Tyjae Spears on the bench. Enemy running back units are averaging 30 touches a game against the Colts. Spears remains a priority stash in leagues of all sizes.
UPDATE: Titans LG Peter Skoronski (appendectomy) and RT Nicholas Petit-Frere (suspension) returned to full practice participation this week, giving Tennessee’s O-Line badly needed personnel upgrades. I think their offense can show up big time here powered by underrated first-year OC Tim Kelly.
Tannehill’s Weeks 1-4 target distribution: Hopkins 31; Nick Westbrook-Ikhine 16; Spears 14; Burks and Chig Okonkwo 13; Henry and Chris Moore 8. … Looking his age, Hopkins has been held to 65 yards or fewer in six straight games dating back to last December. The good news is Burks seems likely to miss again, and Indianapolis is hemorrhaging fantasy points to perimeter wideouts like Hopkins.
