The Ravens enter 2021 with outstanding continuity on the defensive side of the ball, returning 13 of their top 14 snap leaders from a 2020 defense that ranked ninth in Football Outsiders’ DVOA metric.
Baltimore finished as the DST4 in 2020 despite finishing 14th in sacks (39). They were second to only Pittsburgh in QB hits (119) and finished fourth in pressure rate, so it’s easy to see how they could receive some positive regression in the sack department in 2021.
