Week 3 Recap

Week 3 was a fairly low-scoring affair for receivers, but Emmanuel Sanders highlighted the Buy Low with a strong 26.4 DK points and low ownership (4.2% of lineups), earning him a spot in the MIlly Maker-winning lineup. Sanders was also on the Milly runner-up’s team — along with another Buy-Low receiver, Mark Andrews (18.9 DK Points, 6.1% of lineups).

Rather than post a table of results, I thought I would do a chart this week. Below is the distribution of DK points for the Buy-Low Model vs. the field. It’s limited to players that were on the main slate and in 6.5 percent of Milly Maker lineups or less, and players with 0 percent ownership are excluded. All told, that’s 11 Buy-Low receivers vs. a field of 51 other players.

Note: Kyle Pitts was on the model last week and a part of the main slate, but he was 12.3% owned, so he was not included. He was also a solid miss, putting up just 5.5 DK points.
