For new subscribers: The Drop List consists of players who are no longer must-have assets. Recommended additions are available in over 50% of ESPN, Sleeper, or Yahoo leagues. The Watch List contains in-depth notes on fringe waiver adds, and Deep Leagues includes player notes on potential waiver adds in 14-team and 20-round leagues. We’ll add a Change Log with an updated injury report and a streamers list ahead of any Saturday night waivers.
If your roster is top-heavy and exclusively limited to the best stashes who could become startable in a pinch, we recommend following the updated One Injury Away list ahead of Week 3.

(Note: No, Travis Etienne doesn’t make the list this week because, similar to TreVeyon Henderson’s outlook before Rhamondre Stevenson was injured last year, Etienne would become one of, if not the best stash the moment he’s dropped. You can’t start him at this time, but I’m certainly not trying to drop him this early in the year, either.)
* The QB15 and QB21 through two games, Baker Mayfield can be dropped (for a different streamer) ahead of this week’s matchup against the Vikings: Mayfield averaged 5.1 yards per attempt the last time he squared off against Minnesota DC Brian Flores (in 2023).
* Bucky Irving has run a route on 56% of Tampa Bay’s dropbacks through Week 2, making Kenneth Gainwell expendable (for a different stash).
* Jacksonville’s backfield touches to date: Bhayshul Tuten 31, Chris Rodriguez 12, and Ameer Abdullah 9. All but Tuten can be dropped.
* Marshawn Lloyd was out-touched by both Chris Brooks (four) and Kaleb Johnson (two) after Lloyd fumbled to begin the final quarter. I’m not actively trying to drop Lloyd, but I would cut him for Jonah Coleman if need be.
* Jonathon Brooks is labeled “week-to-week” for reaggravating the same groin injury he suffered in camp. Similar to my view on Marshawn Lloyd, I’m not actively trying to cut Brooks; I understand your bench could be in a situation where Jonah Coleman is more valuable.
* Arizona’s target shares through two games: Trey McBride 36.7% > Michael Wilson 22.9% > Kendrick Bourne 16.5% > Jeremiyah Love 11.1% > Tyler Allgeier 6.5% > Marvin Harrison Jr. 5.9%. It’s enough reason to move on from MHJ everywhere.
* Courtland Sutton‘s been targeted on 18% of his routes (79th) through Week 2 as the WR61 in expected points per game.
* Alec Pierce aggravated his surgically-repaired heel and “could return midseason” — an ominous sign for his availability moving forward.
* Jayden Reed was stretchered to the hospital with a back injury in Week 2.
* Dallas Goedert will miss “a few weeks” with an MCL sprain — enough time to feel comfortable dropping him for another plug-and-play option.
