Fully practicing all week, Brock Purdy should be all systems go at Washington after suffering stingers in back-to-back games. Following Week 16’s four-interception meltdown, this is an obvious get-right spot for Purdy against a Commanders defense coughing up NFL highs in touchdown passes (33) and fantasy points to quarterbacks while yielding the league’s fourth-most yards per pass attempt (7.7). … Only four defenses have conceded more fantasy running back points than Washington, while no one has a higher Week 17 team total than San Francisco. Still in MVP contention, Christian McCaffrey is set up to roll as the No. 1 fantasy play on this week’s slate. CMC’s outlook is improved by the expected return of LT Trent Williams (groin), who is just as impactful in the run game as he is in protection. This is a #RevengeGame for Williams, who despises the Washington organization after their non-amicable divorce.
Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel are both certified WR1s against a Commanders defense yielding the league’s second-most fantasy wide receiver points. Aiyuk is averaging 86.5 receiving yards, 19.8 yards per catch, and 0.5 TDs over San Francisco’s last eight games.
