Kansas City @ Denver
Team Totals: Chiefs 26.5, Broncos 17.5
As Patrick Mahomes has topped 19 fantasy points in nine straight starts, Sunday’s difficult on-paper meeting with Denver shouldn’t deter us from confidently dialing up Mahomes as a matchup-proof, top-five QB1. … In terms of projected game script, Week 14 sets up beautifully for Chiefs early-down back Isiah Pacheco, who’s piled up touch counts of 16, 23, 15, and 16 over Kansas City’s last four games. The Broncos simply can’t score, while the Chiefs should live in Denver’s zone. Pacheco is dominating K.C.’s carries in scoring position with a team-high 14 rushing attempts inside the opponents’ 10-yard line. … I think we can count on Jerick McKinnon for roughly 10 touches after he parlayed eight carries and two catches into 60 yards and a score in last Sunday’s loss to Cincinnati. McKinnon is flex playable this week.
