Monday Night Football
N.Y. Giants @ Pittsburgh
Team Totals: Giants 15, Steelers 21.5
The Giants’ first game without LT Andrew Thomas (Lisfranc surgery) resulted in eight sacks and a 46.7% pressure rate for Daniel Jones despite the Eagles blitzing only once. Only Tyler Huntley (2.8), Aidan O’Connell (3.2), and Bo Nix (3.9) have averaged fewer yards per attempt under pressure than Jones (4.0), qualifying Pittsburgh’s defense as a viable captain option on one-game slates. … Tyrone Tracy Jr. played 72% of snaps over Devin Singletary (21%) with Jones on the field, only ceding touches to Eric Gray (1) and Singletary (1) once Drew Lock came off the bench. With 29 routes to Singletary’s six, Tracy is the (significantly) stronger RB3 between the two: The Steelers have already permitted five catches to four separate RBs including Breece Hall’s 6/103/0 in Week 7. Singletary, while unplayable in 10-team leagues, is a viable stash in case Tracy is injured.
