Trevor Lawrence’s (concussion) I.R. placement thrusts Mac Jones into Jaguars starting QB duties with C.J. Beathard behind him. Although Jones played surprisingly well off the bench in Week 13’s loss — engineering two touchdown drives and averaging 7.3 yards per pass attempt against a stingy Texans defense — he has been a disaster far more often than not in 30 appearances (27 starts) since his Pro Bowl rookie season. Even after Tennessee’s defense laid an egg in last Sunday’s blowout loss to Washington, I’m going right back to the Titans’ D/ST as a streamer play here. … Travis Etienne out-snapped Tank Bigsby by a mere 37-to-32 margin last week, although Etienne out-touched Bigsby 16 to 8. Bigsby did run 22 routes compared to Etienne’s 17. I’m still viewing this as a near 50/50 split in a likely low-scoring offensive environment facing a stout Tennessee run defense.
