Jaxson Dart, QB, Giants
Most owners in standard redraft leagues only take one QB. Which means there’s a decent chance Dart is available in one of the final rounds of our draft. That’s wild considering Dart’s rushing ability. He started 12 games last season, averaging 7.0/40.6/0.75 rushing alone. Now he has to deal with dolty Matt Nagy as OC, but that should be more than offset by Malik Nabers’ (knee) return. Pairing Dart with a matchup-dependent late-round QB like Jared Goff is one of my favorite home-league strategies. – Adam Levitan
Terrance Ferguson, TE, Rams
Ferguson’s 11-catch rookie season belies a really interesting tight end role. The Oregon product’s 17.9-yard average depth of target was the highest by any tight end over the past three seasons — by more than six yards. Sean McVay has a long history of blurring the lines between positions, telling Jourdan Rodrigue on “The Playcallers” podcast that they often used Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods in TE roles on some plays a half-decade ago, and they use Puka Nacua the same way now. In short, McVay wants to get his most talented players on the field regardless of position, and Ferguson could essentially function as the WR3 in this high-octane Rams attack. Davante Adams turns 34 years old in December, and it’s fair to question whether Nacua will be available for 17 games between his physical play style and his off-field shenanigans. Ferguson is an ideal late-round flier because it’ll be apparent in Week 1 whether McVay has truly expanded his role in Year 2 or if he’s stuck in the same four-way TE rotation the Rams used to close out the 2025 season. – Jack Miller
