Derek Carr signed a four-year, $150 million deal with New Orleans after finishing his Raiders tenure on the bench in favor of Jarrett Stidham. Now 32 years old, Carr has throughout his career been a league-average signal-caller with very mild fantasy appeal; he’s finished as a top-12 fantasy quarterback once in nine seasons. As Carr’s supporting cast in New Orleans is mediocre at best and he brings nothing to the table as a rusher, Carr should be approached as a low-ceiling QB2. (Jameis Winston is also still a Saint.)
