Passing Game Outlook
Joe Burrow’s fourth NFL season was marred by injury, beginning with a debilitating calf strain he suffered early in camp and ending with a torn ligament in his right (throwing) wrist in Week 11. Burrow was just coming on strong before landing on I.R. with a 74.1% completion rate, 7.5 YPA, and 12:4 TD-to-INT ratio over Weeks 5-10. Signs point to Burrow returning at 100% to start the season, and he’ll once again be supported by one of the league’s top wideout duos in one of the league’s pass-heaviest attacks. I’m ranking Burrow as a roughly top-eight season-long fantasy quarterback with top-five week-to-week upside.
