With fantasy finishes of QB18 (@ LAC), QB11 (vs. ARI), and QB6 (@ TEN) under his belt, Derek Carr has earned fantasy-starter consideration. Yet to be truly tested, Denver’s Weeks 1-3 opposing signal-callers were Geno Smith (QB16), Davis Mills (QB29), and Jimmy Garoppolo (QB27). I’m betting Carr delivers a decent-floor but low-ceiling box-score result here. … Josh Jacobs has played at least 60% of Las Vegas’ offensive snaps in each of the team’s first three games, banking touch counts of 11, 20, and 18. Brandon Bolden (five touches) was the Raiders’ only other back to make a Week 3 mark. Jacobs is a solid RB2 play against the Broncos, who’ve generously surrendered 5.2 yards per carry to enemy running backs. Las Vegas is also favored at home, suggesting Jacobs should get fed the rock in neutral to positive script.
