Monday 8:15 PM ET Game
Arizona @ L.A. Rams
Team Totals: Rams 27, Cardinals 23
In six career meetings with Sean McVay’s Rams since entering the league, Kyler Murray has struggled to the tune of 233.2 passing yards per game with 6.8 YPA, eight all-purpose TDs, nine turnovers, and 18 sacks taken. On Monday night, Murray will face L.A. without DeAndre Hopkins (MCL), a banged-up running back crew, and 31-year-old possession TE Zach Ertz as Kyler’s highest-volume target recipient. Murray’s dual-threat game keeps his ceiling high, but this is an unideal setup that also lays out favorably for Los Angeles’ D/ST. … On Thursday, Kliff Kingsbury declared James Conner (ankle/heel/ribs), Chase Edmonds (ankle/toe/ribs), and Jonathan Ward (knee) game-day decisions against the Rams. None of them took part in practice. Eno Benjamin is technically the lone healthy member of Arizona’s Week 19 running back corps, although Kingsbury has continually treated Benjamin as a deplorable fourth-stringer, and Edmonds expressed confidence this week that he will return to play against the Rams.
