Team Totals: Raiders 23.5, Titans 21.5
The Raiders travel cross country for Week 3’s date with the Titans, who are playing on a short week following last Monday night’s primetime blowout loss to Buffalo. Albeit rarely an upside bet, this is a plus draw for Derek Carr after Tennessee’s backend was carved for the NFL’s sixth highest completion rate (70.5%), sixth most yards per pass attempt (7.7), and a 6:1 TD-to-INT ratio by Giants and Bills QBs in Weeks 1-2. Already without top pass rusher Harold Landry (ACL), the Titans are now at risk of missing fellow EDGE Bud Dupree (hip).
