Visiting D.C. following last Monday night’s embarrassing blowout home loss to Arizona, the Cowboys draw a Washington team that has allowed 30-plus points in four of its last five games but is capable of causing enough up-front havoc to expose Dallas’ numerous offensive line deficiencies. Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (neck) and RT La’El Collins (hip) are out for the year. Fill-in LT Brandon Knight (knee) is out multiple weeks. C Joe Looney (knee) will miss at least one more game, and RG Zack Martin (concussion) is questionable at best on a short week. Sixth in the NFL in Sack Rate (8.4%) and 11th in QB Hit Rate (16.2%), Washington’s D/ST is entirely stream-able here. Andy Dalton is just a two-quarterback-league play. … Coming off Week 6’s double-fumble disaster, Ezekiel Elliott is a fade-matchup, bet-on-volume RB1 play.
