Cincinnati @ New Orleans
Team Totals: Bengals 22.5, Saints 20.5
Joe Burrow appears likely to visit the Superdome without No. 2 WR Tee Higgins (ankle) and LT Jonah Williams (MCL) against a Saints team permitting the NFL’s 13th-fewest fantasy quarterback points while continuing to nurse a multitude of injuries on offense, theoretically decreasing their game-to-game shootout odds. Yet New Orleans’ last two games indeed shot out to the tune of 53 and 71 points scored, while top CB Marshon Lattimore (abdomen) isn’t going to play, creating a straight line from Burrow to Chase in DFS-tournament stacks enhanced by Higgins’ inactivity. … Joe Mixon is averaging an incredible 23.2 touches per game on a career-high 73% snap share, while New Orleans is yielding a crisp 4.6 yards-per-carry average to enemy backs. As Mixon’s endgame box-score production hasn’t measured up, I’m buying him low in season-long leagues and starting Mixon with confidence as a surefire RB1 play here.
