Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati

Team Totals: Steelers 18.5, Bengals 17

Pitting against each other an anemic Steelers offense and the Joe Burrow-less Bengals, it should come as no surprise that Pittsburgh-Cincinnati carries a microscopic 35.5-point total. … White-hot Jaylen Warren has emerged as the Steelers’ most confident fantasy asset. One adjustment new play-caller Mike Sullivan could make would be to install Warren as Pittsburgh’s clear lead back following Matt Canada’s firing. The Bengals are allowing a crisp 4.55 yards per carry with nine all-purpose touchdowns in 10 games. Over his last three outings, Warren’s combined rushing line is an otherworldly 35/318/2 (9.1!!! YPC) compared to Najee Harris’ 44/186/2 (4.2 YPC) in that same span. At the very least, the touches distribution between Warren and Harris deserves to flip. … Another theoretical change Sullivan could make would be to get more creative with George Pickens’ route tree. Canada constantly sent Pickens on low-percentage clear-out routes, resulting in 45 yards or fewer in each of the last four games. On paper, Pickens’ matchup is improved by Bengals plus-sized CB Cam Taylor-Britt’s (quad) potential absence.
