Tampa Bay @ New Orleans
Team Totals: Saints 27.5, Bucs 24.5
The current state of Tampa Bay’s offense is what Tom Brady envisioned when he finally broke down and convinced Bruce Arians to embrace Antonio Brown. Since their Week 13 bye, the Bucs are 5-0 averaging 35.8 points per game, and Brady is on a wicked tear completing 116-of-176 passes (66%) for 1,714 yards (9.7 YPA) and a 14:1 TD-to-INT ratio over his last five starts. Rhythmic, dominant on crossing routes, and capitalizing on Tampa’s post-bye spike in play-action rate, Brady appears far more confident than when the Bucs were trucked by New Orleans in Weeks 1 (34-23) and 9 (38-3). He’s committed one turnover since Week 12. Brady is a fade-matchup DFS play against a Saints defense that hasn’t allowed a single 2020-2021 opponent to reach 275 cumulative passing yards with Sunday’s domed environment and shootout potential working in each passing game’s favor.
