The Cardinals and Vikings enter Week 8 both coming off of extended rest; Arizona defeated New Orleans last Thursday night, while Minnesota enjoyed a Week 7 bye. Kyler Murray visits Minneapolis’ U.S. Bank Stadium dome ranked sixth among quarterbacks in fantasy points, while the Vikings have served up the league’s 10th-most points to Kyler’s position. No defense has yielded more yards per pass attempt than Minnesota (7.9). With DeAndre Hopkins already rolling and Robbie Anderson ramped up in a potentially high-scoring game environment, I’m loving Kyler as an elite QB1 play. … James Conner (ribs) seems likely to return from his two-week absence, but it’s fair to wonder if Eno Benjamin has turned Arizona’s backfield into a two-way RBBC. Running hard and excelling in the passing game, Benjamin averaged 4.8 yards per carry and caught 7-of-8 targets over the past two weeks. I’m valuing both as flex plays here.
