Held to weekly finishes of QB22 or worse in each of Indianapolis’ first four games, Philip Rivers lacks fantasy appeal even against Cleveland, which coughed up top-ten quarterback scores in three of the initial four weeks while permitting the NFL’s second most touchdown passes (12). Game-manager Rivers’ last three pass-attempt totals are 25, 21, and 29 as part of a Colts offense that ranks fourth in carries (131) and is specifically designed to minimize Rivers’ impact on games.
