Indianapolis @ Las Vegas
Team Totals: Colts 26.5, Raiders 25
Albeit with Week 12’s Covid contact-induced absence in between, Jonathan Taylor visits Sin City with 42 touches for 249 yards and a touchdown over his last two games, seemingly finally finding his groove with a 5.17 yards-per-carry average and seven receptions on over half of Indy’s offensive snaps. Week 14 looks like an eruption spot for Taylor; enemy backs have dumptrucked the Raiders for the NFL’s fourth-most fantasy points, including last week’s combined 30/178/1 (5.93 YPC) trampling by Jets deep-reserve RBs Ty Johnson and Josh Adams. Nyheim Hines managed touch counts of 9 and 9 in Taylor’s last two appearances, while Jordan Wilkins’ were 5 and 7. Taylor has re-earned RB1 valuation ahead of Weeks 14-15 bouts with Vegas and Houston’s Charmin-soft fronts.
