Detroit’s already shaky pass defense lost CB Jerry Jacobs (knee) and EDGE Romeo Okwara (Achilles) to reserve/PUP. … After giving up the NFC’s most fantasy running back points in 2021, 2022’s Lions look likely to get bullied by Philly’s power front. Miles Sanders missed part of camp with a hamstring tweak but returned to practice on Sept. 1 and is RB2/flex playable in what profiles as a fantasy-friendly affair. Sanders remains firmly ahead of second-year receiving specialist Kenneth Gainwell and trusty reserve Boston Scott.
