He’ll offer top-five RB1 upside if McKissic indeed sits. … The way in which Vegas’ offense interacts with Washington’s defense and vice versa figures to largely determine Taylor Heinicke’s Week 13 fantasy situation. It helps that Curtis Samuel (groin) and Logan Thomas (hamstring) are back to complement Terry McLaurin. I do worry about WFT’s probable inability to block Raiders EDGE rushers Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue.
