Jacksonville @ L.A. Rams
Team Totals: Rams 30, Jaguars 18
I entered the season with high hopes for Trevor Lawrence’s chances of flirting with top-12 QB1 value as a rookie, but that hope is lost. He’s gone 10 straight games without dealing multiple touchdown passes, is surrounded by one of the league’s worst pass-catcher corps, and is an exciting attack target for the Rams’ D/ST here. … Carlos Hyde remained annoyingly involved in Week 12’s loss to Atlanta — appearing on 44% of Jacksonville’s offensive snaps — yet James Robinson controlled touch volume (20 to Hyde’s six) and can be teed up as a shaky if passable RB2. I do worry about Robinson’s floor should the Jags fall far behind after Hyde inexplicably ran more pass routes (21) than J-Rob (17) in last week’s one-score defeat. Jacksonville is a two-score underdog here. Robinson also popped up with heel and knee injuries on this week’s practice reports. I think Robinson is going to play but probably not anywhere close to 100%.
