N.Y. Jets @ New England
Team Totals: Jets 20.5, Patriots 17.5
Jets-Patriots is a game to shy away from in fantasy-lineup decisions with a putrid 38-point total, the lowest of the week. Both teams rank top five in Football Outsiders’ defensive DVOA since Week 5. … Zach Wilson has fewer than 20 fantasy points in 16-of-19 career starts (84%). I’d rather tee up New England’s D/ST. … Michael Carter and James Robinson’s roles evened out in New York’s pre-bye upset of Buffalo; Carter played seven more snaps, but Robinson held a 15-to-13 advantage in touches. The Pats are giving up the third-fewest fantasy RB points in the league; I’m treating Carter as a low-end but justifiable RB2 and Robinson as a touchdown-dependent flex. … Corey Davis (knee) did not emerge from New York’s Week 10 bye at 100%, while Elijah Moore’s role remains in low-confidence limbo. Braxton Berrios, Jeff Smith, and Denzel Mims are collecting enough WR snaps to affect their teammates’ box-score outlooks. The Jets’ lone somewhat confident fantasy wide receiver play is rookie Garrett Wilson, who at this point comfortably leads Gang Green in targets (35), catches (24), yards (307), and first-down conversions (14) on Zach’s throws. … The Jets’ two-way TE rotation of Tyler Conklin and C.J. Uzomah remains fool’s gold.
