Green Bay @ Cleveland

Team Totals: Packers 25.5, Browns 17

Fresh off a mini-bye following Week 2’s Thursday night manhandling of Washington, the Packers visit a Browns team that’s lost eight straight games and may soon hand QB keys to a rookie. Cleveland’s run defense has been impregnable — holding Bengals and Ravens RBs to 35/73/1 (2.1 YPC) rushing — but projected script favors Josh Jacobs as an unchallenged workhorse back on a team favored by over a touchdown. It helps immensely that Packers LG Aaron Banks (groin) and RT Zach Tom (oblique) are on pace to return after missing Week 2. Banks and Tom are impact run blockers. … Pass-funnel opportunities may still exist for Jordan Love, who’s been hyper efficient to date, averaging the NFL’s fourth-most yards per pass attempt (9.1) while ranking No. 4 in passer rating (120). The Browns coughed up a combined 5:0 TD-to-INT ratio to Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson in the first two weeks. Yet Love’s low pass-volume projection and limited rushing profile keep him in QB2 territory.
