Utterly devoid of a passing game, New England’s optimal approach is to lean on power runs spearheaded by Cam Newton, who banked 15 carries and two rushing TDs in these clubs’ Opening Day date. Strong on the backend but beatable up front, the Dolphins have allowed the league’s seventh-most QB rushing yards (281) and fifth most yards per carry (4.6). Based almost entirely on his rushing upside, I like Newton as an extremely low-owned DFS-tournament play without any stack partner. … Even as Damien Harris churns out lofty per-carry averages, his lack of receiving involvement combined with Newton’s goal-line rushing prowess continues to torpedo Harris’ fantasy utility.
