The Saints have allowed Shough to drop back to pass 48 and 42 times in their last two games, and he’s tacked on a combined 40 rushing yards during that span. The pass-funnel Bucs have given up the NFL’s second-most fantasy quarterback points; Shough is a starter in two-QB leagues and offers some DFS appeal. … Albeit inefficiently, Devin Neal logged 17 touches on an 82% playing-time rate in Week 13’s loss to Miami, and Alvin Kamara (MCL) isn’t ready to return. Taysom Hill only played 12 snaps against the Dolphins, touching the ball twice. While I don’t foresee Neal generating rushing success at Tampa Bay, I’m optimistic he’ll pay PPR dividends as a flex option. The Bucs have permitted a league-high 681 receiving yards to running backs.
