Tennessee @ New England
Team Totals: Patriots 25, Titans 18
Slumping Ryan Tannehill visits Foxboro with a 3:5 TD-to-INT ratio, three fumbles, seven sacks taken, and a 6.4 yards-per-pass-attempt average over his last three games. Julio Jones (hamstring, I.R.) has no timetable for return, while A.J. Brown (chest/ribs/hand) hasn’t cleared 50 yards since Week 8 and was ruled out on Friday. Marcus Johnson (hamstring) hit I.R. this week. Only Buffalo has given up fewer fantasy quarterback points than New England. This sets up as a premium spot for the Patriots’ D/ST. … The Titans chopped their backfield from a three- to two-man ordeal when they cut Adrian Peterson and assigned Dontrell Hilliard to fill in for passing-down niche RB Jeremy McNichols (concussion). D’Onta Foreman should lead Tennessee in Week 12 early-down usage but will be spelled by Hilliard against a Patriots defense permitting the NFL’s 12th-fewest fantasy running back points. To spike their rushing attack, the Titans should explore using Tannehill more as a runner. Whatever the case may be, I like Hilliard as an uncomfortable if justifiable PPR-specific flex considering Tennessee’s pass-catcher dearth.
