NBA HOLIDAY SALE! Don’t miss out!

Light slate! Although, it is a potent one here with a decent amount of injury news for today. Let’s get to what we learned on the 1:30 reports.

1:30 Updates

No surprise, but the Nets will not have James Harden (hamstring) and Blake Griffin today. Bruce Brown will likely start while the Nets will need more minutes from Tyler Johnson, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, and Landry Shamet. The good news for the Nets is that LaMarcus Aldridge will be available. He’ll certainly have a cap on him, and he is expected to play more C than PF. That’ll make it tough for Nicolas Claxton and DeAndre Jordan.

The Pistons had a huge update with Wayne Ellington (calf) and Dennis Smith Jr. (back) listed as questionable for this one. The Pistons also will not have Hamidou Diallo (rest), Killian Hayes (hip) and Rodney McGruder (elbow) here, so they could be really thin. If Ellington can’t go, the Pistons would have to throw more minutes at Josh Jackson and Frank Jackson as the main SGs. Tyler Cook should also have a little path to minutes again. Plus, with no McGruder and maybe no DSJ, we should see Cory Joseph in the upper 20s and Saben Lee in the lower 20s.
