Holy B2B slate with 11 teams on a back-to-back today as the NBA tries to load up on games to keep Super Bowl Sunday lighter. We don’t have any rest news yet, but you’ll certainly want to check back for surprises. We’ll certainly get at least one, but besides that it’s actually really light today considering it’s a nine-game slate.
Top Questionable Tags
Collin Sexton (neck) is questionable here in a brutal game against the Bucks, and this is a back-to-back set. If he can’t go, Darius Garland should be extremely busy in a brutal spot while Cedi Osman should move into the starting lineup with Isaac Okoro sliding to the SG spot. If Sexton can’t go, J.B. Bickerstaff may also look to go bigger here, so maybe there’s some double-big lineups. Still, it’s hard to bet on that.
Jaylen Brown (knee) is questionable for the late game today. He was limping a bit in Sacramento on Wednesday, but he was able to play through it. That should mean he has a good chance to play. Without Marcus Smart (calf), coach Brad Stevens is going to need a perimeter defender, and that should be Javonte Green here.
