So the injury report these days has a very “Eat Arby’s” feel to it. The only thing we know is that we don’t know what we’ll know when we’re getting close to lock. Basically, the most important thing is to keep an open mind, and you might not want to go with early-game guys in case value opens up. Let’s start with what we know about the questionable guys.
Top Questionable Tags
Off the top, we get Bradley Beal (knee) with a Q tag in a B2B. You’d have to think he has a decent chance to sit out here, which would obviously put Russell Westbrook in a big spot. Minutes-wise, Davis Bertans, Raul Neto, Troy Brown Jr., Garrison Mathews and Deni Avdija could see more time.
The Cavs will get Larry Nance Jr. back, but we have Q tags on Darius Garland (groin) and Kevin Love (calf). Both guys went through practice and their status will depend on how they feel. Love has been ramping up for a while now, so he should have a very good shot to play. That would take basically every Cavs big off the board besides Jarrett Allen and Nance. Love will almost certainly have a cap on him, so Nance is in play. If Garland can’t go, Collin Sexton would be in a huge spot while Isaac Okoro would likely slide up to SG to open up a few extra minutes for Cedi Osman.
