The slate literally can’t get bigger than this one. For slates like this, it’s too much to write everything, so I’m just going to hit the macro notes for each game with great/good/bad matchups.

Milwaukee Bucks at Cleveland Cavaliers
Team Totals: Bucks 111.5, Cavs 119

Doc quotes: Said Sam Merrill changed the game and the Bucks talked about him, said “we have not found the rotation yet” and they liked going small, said the small lineup “gave us some punch”.
Atkinson quotes: Said they felt comfortable with Okoro on Dame and he hit some big shots, said Niang did a great job on Portis and “got loose to the basket” to boost their offense, said Merrill “was better defensively than offensively”.
Stats and Notes:
*We just saw these teams face off on Saturday, and the Bucks should’ve won this one. They were excellent with their transition defense with just 10 points allowed, and they only had 38 rim points. The Cavs took a ton of mid-range shots and didn’t get their interior game going at all with just 26.8% of rim shots for their lowest of the season. The Cavs were on a B2B, so I’d expect them to correct their shot profile. On the other side, the Bucks got some pretty good looks with 18 unguarded C&S shots, and they were OK in transition at 25 points. The Cavs were still very good with rim defense at just 29 points allowed, so a rested Cavs team could look much better.
Great matchups: Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland
Good matchups: Damian Lillard
Bad matchups: Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley (if Giannis is out)
