Carnell Tate is our top WR for rookie drafts and checks in as the WR19 in our overall dynasty ranks. He saw limited raw production in college, most likely due to playing with so many other first-round talents. He did not time terribly fast in the 40, but the scouts still see him as a downfield threat, believing that he plays faster than his timed speed. The prospect model agrees, comparing him to a lot of players who have become proven downfield targets in the NFL. Tate should be selected inside of the top 16, and has a chance to be immediately featured given some of the teams picking in that range.
