Jump to Quarterback, Running Back, Wide Receiver, Tight End positions.

Head Coach

HC Bob Stoops
Head coach at Oklahoma from 1999-2016.

Offensive Coordinator

OC Jeff Jagodzinski
Replaced Hal Mumme as offensive coordinator on March 9th. Mumme will still serve as team’s offensive advisor.

Quarterback

QB1 Landry Jones
Prolific Oklahoma QB was hand-picked by Stoops, but missed Week 1 due to knee injury. Played quite poorly in Week 2, but still became first XFL QB to throw for more than 300 yards. Was better in Week 3 although checked down a ton. In Week 4, Jones reinjured the same knee he hurt in the preseason and is out at least two weeks.
QB2 Phillip Nelson
In four AAF games last season, Nelson completed just 58.4% of passes and failed to top 200 passing yards in any game. Ex-underwear model was a check-down mess in Week 1 start, completing 33 passes for just 209 yard and no TDs. Was a disaster again in Week 5, going 28-of-49 for 210 yards with no TDs and two INTs. Expected to start Week 6.
QB3 Brogan Roback
QB4 Eric Dungey

Running Back

RB1 Cameron Artis-Payne
The thunder in Dallas’ 2-man RB committee. Over the last four weeks, Artis-Payne is averaging 11.2 carries and 5.7 targets per game.
RB2 Lance Dunbar
Ex-Cowboy remains an excellent pass-down back. Third in entire XFL with 26 catches on the season.
RB3 Austin Walter
Handles some kick return duties.
RB4 Marquis Young
Handles some kick return duties.

Wide Receiver

WR1 Jeff Badet
Selected 1st round, 4th overall in XFL draft. Blazed 4.34 forty at 2018 Oklahoma Pro Day. Playing 70.5% of the snaps on the season and has mediocre 14.5% target share. ADOT also a big concern on top of Landry Jones’ injury.
WR2 Flynn Nagel
Was go-to slot target for Northwestern in 2018, racking up 68-780-2 in 13 games. No shot at NFL given 5’11/188 frame and 4.73 Pro Day, but fits Phillip Nelson’s style well. In two games with the backup QB, Nagel has gone 7-46-0 and 6-43-0. Handles some kick return duties.
WR3 Joshua Crockett
Leading a committee at outside receiver, has played at least 30 snaps in each of last four games. But only seen total of 11 targets during that span.
WR4 Jazz Ferguson
Major size/speed prospect at 6’5/227 with 4.45 Combine wheels. Was a surprise scratch in Week 2, but played 18 snaps in Week 3 and 25 in Week 4. Spiked to 33 snaps in Week 5, but Phillip Nelson isn’t the right QB for him.
WR5 Armanti Edwards
Was signed on Feb. 25, replacing Jerrod Heard on the roster. DNP in practice (hip) on Wednesday for Week 6.
WR6 Jerrod Heard
Re-added to team with roster expansions on March 9th.
WR7 Levonte “Kermit” Whitfield
Added with roster expansions on March 9th. Previously kick-return specialist and slot receiver for WIldcats.

 Tight End

TE1 Donald Parham
Massive 6’8/249. Caught 85 balls in 2018 for Stetson. One of XFL’s true stars so far, racking up 24-307-4 through five games. In two games with Phillip Nelson, Parham has struggled to 4-40-0 and 4-34-0.
TE2 Sean Price
TE3 Julian Allen
TE4 Romello Brooker
Added with roster expansions on March 10th.
