Suddenly but deservedly, Dobbins is a fantasy must-start. … The same can’t be said for Justin Herbert and Co. Bolts HC Jim Harbaugh and OC Greg Roman’s run-first philosophy puts a lid on Los Angeles’ passing pie, while no Chargers pass catcher so much as reached 40 yards in Week 1. Regardless of opponent, this is a fantasy situation to avoid.
