N.Y. Giants @ New Orleans
Team Totals: Saints 21, Giants 19.5
Regardless of opposition, Jaxson Dart’s going-forward passing outlook feels bleak sans Weeks 1-3 NFL receiving yards leader Malik Nabers (ACL). Dart’s FF results figure to rely heavily on ground-game production after Dart averaged 38 rushing yards per game in his final season at Ole Miss and delivered 10/54/1 in his first NFL start. Even against the lowly Saints, I’m only considering Dart in two-QB-leagues. I also see New Orleans as a sneaky D/ST after Dart took five sacks and nine hits on 25 dropbacks against the Khalil Mack-less Chargers. … In the first week of Tyrone Tracy Jr.’s (shoulder) expected multi-week absence, Cam Skattebo dominated touches and snaps (27, 57) over Devin Singletary (7, 19). The Giants appear to envision 219-pound Skattebo as a carry-the-load-type, every-down back. Skattebo warrants confident RB2 treatment in what profiles as a neutral-script affair against a Saints defense yielding the NFL’s seventh-most fantasy running back points.
