I didn’t know which quarterback the Jets would be starting as of Thursday night, and I’m not convinced it matters, especially with top-two pass catchers Garrett Wilson (knee) and Mason Taylor (quad) both potentially on the shelf. OC Tanner Engstrand’s offense looks completely broken and certainly isn’t built around his personnel’s few but clear strengths. Ultimately, I’d rather stream the Bengals’ D/ST straight off the waiver wire than invest in any member of New York’s passing game. The Jets are allowing league highs in sacks (31) and pressure rate (29%). … Breece Hall is scoreless on the season, unsurprising contextually since Gang Green ranks 27th in the NFL in scoring (18.4 PPG). Albeit partly due to a knee ding, Hall only out-snapped Isaiah Davis 33 to 29 in last week’s loss to Carolina. I’m still valuing Hall as an RB2 here almost strictly because of Sunday’s matchup; he won’t get many better ones this year. No team has allowed more fantasy RB points than the Bengals.
