New England @ Seattle
Team Totals: Seahawks 24.5, Patriots 20.5

The NFL’s best team for the last two decades at minimizing weaknesses and maximizing strengths of its personnel, New England did exactly that in Week 1’s decisive win over Miami. Acutely aware of their pass-catcher shortage and bullying line, the Patriots dialed up run-action or play-action on 83% of their offensive snaps and essentially played option football with a 42-to-19 run-pass ratio. Cam’s 15 carries were second most of his 125-start career and rendered the Patriots’ four-man RBBC of Rex Burkhead, James White, Sony Michel, and J.J. Taylor all but useless in fantasy terms. Now facing a Seattle defense that is far stronger in its back seven than front four, I’m expecting a similar run-dominant, ball-control game plan designed to keep Russell Wilson off the field.
