Tennessee @ San Francisco
Team Totals: 49ers 28.5, Titans 16
Cam Ward has reached 15 fantasy points in just one of 13 starts, while the 49ers’ depleted defense has held itself together enough to allow point totals of 9 (Carolina) and 8 (Cleveland) in its last two games. Tennessee’s offense is equal to or worse than the Panthers’ and Browns’. San Francisco’s D/ST is firmly in play. … I’m not buying Tony Pollard’s out-of-left-field Week 14 eruption at Cleveland as predictive. The Browns’ defense is going all out to get Myles Garrett the NFL’s single-season sack record, while Tyjae Spears could easily end up playing more than Pollard if Tennessee falls behind. The Titans are expected to do just that as nearly two-touchdown road dogs. … Chimere Dike is Tennessee’s lone mildly attractive fantasy pass catcher with at least seven targets in two of his last three games. He’s still a stretch as anything more than an unsafe WR4/flex punt. … Gunnar Helm played more Week 14 snaps than Chig Okonkwo, but Okonkwo ran nine more pass routes. They saw two targets apiece.
