Golf Season Is In Full Swing. Details On Our Product Here:

Washington Wizards at Philadelphia 76ers

Team Totals: Wizards 111.8, 76ers 117.8

Injury Report: Joel Embiid (D, knee), Seth Curry (P, ankle), George Hill (P, knee)

Wizards projected starters: Russell Westbrook, Bradley Beal, Raul Neto, Rui Hachimura, Daniel Gafford

76ers projected starters: Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Danny Green, Tobias Harris, Mike Scott  (Note: I would certainly start differently and go Matisse Thybulle over Scott)

Wizards series rotation notes: Gafford starts and gets into quick foul trouble, Ish Smith subbed for Bertans on injury, Raul Neto played the final 17:37 after just four minutes in first half, huge 10-minute stint for Gafford in 3Q, Alex Len booted in second half (just 1:23 in first half), 22-minute second half for Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook (staggered).

76ers series rotation notes: 3Q starters with Scott didn’t fare well in six minutes together (lineup wasn’t used in first three games) and that lineup is only +1.8 in 108 minutes on the season, 6.5 4Q minutes for Maxey in small-ball lineup, Dwight Howard only 5.5 second-half minutes, Furkan Korkmaz served as closer in small-ball lineup (Ben, Seth, Danny, Tobias).

Brooks Quotes: Said Rui had a huge performance and he’s “growing up in front of our eyes” in this series, said Hachimura has been helpful on the glass while guarding so many guys, said he wanted to go hack-a-Simmons the other night and they struggled with that strategy in the first half, said they have a foul strategy of “no freaking layups” to prevent and-one opportunities, said Rui has more confidence on his treys and they look better, said he was really hopeful that Gafford wouldn’t get two quick fouls but that happened, said Robin Lopez is a steadying force off the bench and he gave them a chance to win before going back to Gafford, said he and his players love it when they get heckled.

Rivers Quotes: Said he’s not going to take Ben Simmons out when he’s getting fouled, said he’s fine when Ben hits 1-of-2 at the line, said Tobias’ subpar game was self-inflicted and they were overdribbling overall, said he didn’t like the shot selection and each guy “thought they had to win the game for us” instead of playing the right way, said Tyrese Maxey was great and loved to see him get downhill with some good defense, said it’s “freaking insane” that people keep talking about Ben’s offense.
