A little behind the eight ball today, so going with a little bit of a different format today. I’m going to hit the guys in a “matchup helps” and “matchup hurts” style for the players, but everything else is the same.

Man, the Time Lord injury. I will not be taking questions at this time.

Denver Nuggets at Charlotte Hornets (back end)

Team Totals: Nuggets 118.8, Hornets 114.8

Injury Report: Hornets didn’t submit yet, Facu Campazzo (O, illness), JaMychal Green (Q, wrist)

Nuggets projected starters: Monte Morris, Will Barton, Aaron Gordon, Jeff Green, Nikola Jokic

Hornets projected starters: LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier, Miles Bridges, P.J. Washington, Mason Plumlee

Malone quotes: Said JaMychal Green aggravated his wrist over the weekend, said Monte Morris continues to step up on the defensive end, said Monte Morris played up in their coverage to guard Tre Mann, said Lindy Waters III is “first-team all name team”.

Borrego quotes: Said he expects his team to be ready for this B2B, said he is drawing up plays for Isaiah Thomas, had his usual quotes on Cody Martin’s toughness.

Stats and Notes:

*The Nuggets have been solid on the defensive end, and they’ve been particularly good at keeping teams in the halfcourt. Charlotte has let teams run on them and that’s a bit by design, so the Nuggets should be able to get some easy shots in this spot.

Boosts from injury news: None

Matchup Helps: Nikola Jokic, LaMelo Ball

Matchup Hurts: Will Barton, Miles Bridges

Orlando Magic at Cleveland Cavaliers
