- Harvey played quarterback growing up and had never played running back until he got to UCF. He contributed sparingly during his first two seasons in Orlando before earning the starting job as a junior. Over his final two seasons with the Knights, Harvey totaled 2,993 rushing yards (fourth-most in college football over the past two years) and 38 rushing scores. Scouts point to his contact balance and tackle-evading ability, and he led the country in carries of 15+ yards in 2023-24. His 4.40 40-yard dash at 205 pounds gives him a fairly elite size-speed combo, and he’s just a hard guy to bring down in the open field. He’s an older prospect at 24 years old, hurting his dynasty value given the short window running backs typically have to be fantasy contributors, but that won’t be an issue for best ball and redraft leagues.
