The Steelers are expected to have EDGE Alex Highsmith (groin) for the first time since Week 3 before Pittsburgh’s league-high pressure rate (43.5%) in that stretch plummeted to 28th (21.8%) the past three games. 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers has struggled with a 44.4% completion rate (22nd) and 5.0 yards per attempt (18th) when pressured by four rushers or less (per Fantasy Points Data) and the Steelers under DC Teryl Austin have blitzed at the NFL’s lowest rate. Rodgers’ floor relative to every other skill player in this (projected) low-scoring slog is worth rostering exclusively for one-game slates. … Breece Hall registered season-high marks in route participation (76%), carries (18), and rushing yards (113) in interim HC Jeff Ulbrich’s first game, drowning out Braelon Allen with 23 touches to the rookie’s three. Pittsburgh has limited opponents to 3.5 yards per carry (31st) but have already ceded 3+ receptions to six separate RBs in as many games. Breece is a matchup-proof RB1 for the foreseeable future under Ulbrich whereas Allen, with zero touches inside the 5-yard line, is an elite stash sans standalone production.
